Giveaway Drawing Rules

1 .  ENTERING DRAWING:  No purchase necessary to enter.  Promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) the last day of each month.  Only one entry is allowed per e-mail.  E-mail subscriptions for updates is not required.

2.  PRIVACY POLICY - Your e-mail address will not be shared with any other website or company online or offline.

3.  PRIZE:  Made in USA product as displayed on www.madebyyankees.net website.  Though all attempts will be made to ensure the product is "Made in the USA", MadeByYankees will not be held responsible for incorrect advertising or presentation from contributing associates.

4.  WINNER SELECTION:  A random drawing will be conducted within seven days of the deadline.

5.  POSTING WINNER'S NAME:  we will post the winner's name and state of residence on our website.

6.  NOTIFICATION:  Winners will be notified by email.  Winner forfeits prize if not claimed within 1 week from notification and another winner will be selected by random drawing.  If e-mail bounces back after 2 attempts to notify the winner, MadeByYankees will choose another winner by random drawing.

7.  TAXES:  Any tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.  If a winner cannot accept their prize for any reason,  an alternate winner will be selected.

8.  ELIGIBILITY:  This drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law.  Prize will be shipped to only a United States address.

9.  GENERAL CONDITIONS;  Drawing entrants are bound by the terms of these official rules.  All federal (United States), state and local laws and regulations apply.  By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsor and their respective affiliates, prize suppliers, employees, and contractors from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this drawing or acceptance or use of any prize won.

10.  INTERNET:  Sponsor is not responsible for technical failure of any type, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this drawing.
